This year, KORA will be looking at using the funds that the cyclists will raise to kickstart a wonderful project that will finance cycling trails in the Bungamati Area of Kathmandu valley, making the area perfect for families, amateur riders, and even professional riders wishing to improve their biking skills.
The collective benefits of this fund raising will benefit cyclists themselves, and each contributor can be glad that their contributions have helped Nepal have its first Cycle Friendly Zone – with trails for each type of rider.
At Bungamati, the Bungamati Trails Initiative is led by a group of youth representing different local clubs, working together in this initiative that will lead to more people visiting the place, and create employment opportunities for the locals as cycling guides, repair centres, coffee shops, handicraft centres and also eventually overnight stays. All this will contribute to the reconstruction efforts of this area.
Each contributors contribution will be.recorded as part of this initiative, and each funder can be happy that their contributions has kickstarted something innovative in Nepal.
Not the complete list for rentals for sure, but definitely the bike shops that came forward and filled in the details in the form that we had put out. If you want your bike shop to be added to this list, give us a holler. Word of advice – book fast. soon there will be NO bikes left in Kathmandu. period.

The Kathmandu Kora Cycling Challenge is a yearly event started by socialtours in 2011. Starting with just 35 riders who rode the 50km trail around Kathmandu and raised Rs. 0.45 million for charity, it has now grown to a massive 3000 rider event, who ride 50k, 75k and 100k circuits of the valley, and to date has raised over Rs. 5 million for charity in its five years of running. It has since then invested the money into upgrading, building and rebuilding birthing facilities, and also health posts.Watch Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download
Over the years, the event is getting more and more professional and is set to launch it internationally as a great way to visit the country. The quality enhancements provided through Great Himalaya Trails (GHT) initiative gives it a big boost in this regards, with professionalised trail signs, better safety procedures and marketing boosts.
Great Himalaya Trails are a network of trails in the Nepal Himalayas. The GHT acts as a destination, rather than a tour operator and therefore, the goal of  GHT is to inspire travellers to explore the trails and to connect them to operators who can plan their itineraries.Watch movie online The Transporter Refueled (2015)
